Consultation and Kickoff

Here at Suninway we stress the importance of open communication. During the consultation we'll openly talk about your business goals and requirements, through discussion, research and analyze we obtain a full understanding of your project goals and objectives.

Once we have confidence in knowing what you require and how to successfully achieve your aims we offer a detailed quotation indicating a schedule and budget. If you are satisfied with our web proposal, a contract is signed to commence with website design.

Website Graphic Design

With an understanding of your brand and project goals our graphic and website designers begin the creative process. We will create 2 to 3 website mockups, also know as layouts. These layouts serve as screenshots or previews as to what your final website will look like. The layouts do not function in any way, but serve as a visual sample for tweaking and adjusting.

We present the layouts to you for review and allow you to make any necessary adjustments or comments for revision. We will then revise the layouts for final review and approval. Once you are satisfied with the results, we can then move onto converting the static pages into a functional and working website.

CMS Integration & Development

Once the web site layouts are approved, it is time to turn the static images into a working website. This process involves website coding with such languages as XHTML, PHP, ASP, CSS, and Javascript.

During production, Our website designers code the individual pages, integrate CMS (content management system) into website, functionality is programmed, and site content added, and website design is completed.

Debugging and Final Launch

This phase allows for web site testing and debugging. Creating a web site from beginning to end is much like a vehicle assembly line, there are bound to be small defects in certain areas. This is the phase where all defects and bugs are eliminated so that the web site is ready for a "hard launch", which is the public release of your website.

When the site has passed debugging, it is considered "live". It is completely ready for the public to view and browse. The only task left is to uncork a bottle of champagne and enjoy the success of your website presence.

Future Website Maintenance

You will usually have a password protected area/admin panel so you can have the flexibility to modify the website text and images easily and rapidly yourself without any programming skills whatsoever.
